How it works

  1. 01

    Apply in five steps

    Your games and roles, your peak rank with profile links we can check, how you coach, your bank details and a government ID.

  2. 02

    We vet you by hand

    Staff check your ID against your name and your rank against OpenDota, Dotabuff or op.gg before the console opens.

  3. 03

    Take reviews from the queue

    Players book a pro VOD review and their credits are held. Any approved coach can accept — the first to accept gets it.

  4. 04

    Deliver the breakdown

    Watch the replay, write the macro review — the moments that lost tempo, and what to do instead — and deliver it in the console.

  5. 05

    Get paid

    When the player accepts, or 7 days after you deliver, the review settles and your share becomes payable. Withdraw by bank transfer.

Who we're looking for

  • Dota 2 players who peaked Legend or higher, or League players who peaked Platinum or higher — with a public profile that shows it.
  • People who can explain a decision, not just make it: why the rotation was late, why the objective was the wrong one.
  • Aged 18 or over, working as an independent contractor, and not resident in Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Cuba.
  • A bank account in your own name that can receive a transfer in euros.

7-day claim window

If no coach accepts a request within 7 days, the player gets every credit back. Nobody is left waiting.

7-day auto-accept

Delivered reviews settle when the player accepts them, or automatically 7 days after delivery.

Bank transfer payouts

Withdraw from €50.00 to €10,000.00 per request. Paid by hand, normally within 5 working days, with a transfer reference.

Your ID stays private

It is stored in our database, not at a public link, and only staff reviewing your application can open it.
