Terms of Service

1. Who we are

GANK is a service operated by FUNNELIX SP. Z O.O. (KRS 0001249286, NIP 1133205977), registered at Grochowska 56, 04-282 Warszawa, Poland. You can reach us at support@gank.studio.

2. Eligibility

GANK is available to individuals aged 18 or over. By creating an account you confirm you meet this age of majority. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we may suspend or close it.

GANK is not available in Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Cuba: we block access from these countries by IP address and refuse sign-ups with email addresses from them, and you may not use the service from, or on behalf of anyone in, any of them.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

One person, one account. Do not share your login, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has reached your account — the sooner we know, the more we can do about anything bought or spent with it.

Deleting your account removes your profile, your reports and your history. Any credits remaining on the balance at that point are forfeited, so if you are owed a refund it is worth asking for it before you delete rather than after.

4. Credits and use

GANK runs on prepaid credits, priced in EUR. You buy credits in one-time packs (or a custom amount) and spend them when you run an action or place an order. There is no subscription and no recurring charge, and credits never expire — a purchase sits on your account until you choose to spend it. Credits are deducted only when an action succeeds; if an action fails, the reserved credits are released back to you.

5. Acceptable use

Do not upload content you have no right to use, or use the service to break the law or harm others. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Specifically: do not submit another player's match data as if it were your own where that would breach the game's own rules, do not attempt to extract our prompts or resell our reports as a product of your own, and do not automate the service at a volume that degrades it for other people.

Where we suspend an account we will say why, and unless the reason is fraud or an issue we are legally unable to detail, you can reply and contest it. A suspension that turns out to be our mistake gets the account and its balance restored.

6. AI-generated results

Results are generated by AI and provided as guidance. Review outputs before relying on them. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.

In particular, nothing here promises a rank, a win rate or an improvement on any timescale. The report tells you what it read in the game you gave it; what you do with that is the part that moves your rank, and no analysis can do it for you.

The analysis can also simply be wrong — it is a model reading a match, not a human who watched it. If a report says something that plainly does not match the game you played, tell us; that is a fault worth hearing about, not something you should quietly work around.

7. Boosting, coaching & skin orders

GANK also offers optional boosting, coaching and hero-skin services. These are fulfilled manually by us or by third-party service partners, arranged on your behalf — they are not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Valve, Steam or any game publisher.

We do not offer piloted boosting: no third-party player ever accesses or plays on your account. Boosting is played alongside you, on your own account, in your own games.

We will never ask you for your account password or your Steam Guard code, for this or any other service, and you must not share them with anyone.

Credits for a boost, coaching or skin order are debited when you place the order. If an order is cancelled before it is delivered — including because it cannot be fulfilled — the credits are refunded to your balance; see our Refund Policy for how this works. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

8. Pro reviews by human coaches

A pro review is a written breakdown of your replay by a human coach from GANK's pro coach programme. Coaches are ranked players vetted by our staff (identity and rank checked by hand) who work with us as independent contractors under our Coach Terms.

When you book a pro review, its credits are held on your account — they count against what you can spend, but are not taken. The first approved coach to accept your request reviews it. If no coach accepts within 7 days, the hold is released and you keep every credit.

When the review is delivered you can accept it, which settles the held credits. If you do nothing, it is accepted automatically 7 days after delivery. If something is wrong with it, tell us before then and our team will look at it; we can reject a review and return the credits in full.

Coaches see your replay link, the role and rank you give, and your note — never your email, password or payment details. They are bound by confidentiality under the Coach Terms.

9. Coaching on GANK

If you apply to coach, the Coach Terms at /coach-terms apply to that work in addition to these terms, and take precedence for it.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the three months before a claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Poland.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; disputes are subject to the competent courts of that place, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
