Payment Terms

How payments work on GANK. Prices are shown in EUR (€).

1. One-time credit packs

GANK is not a subscription. You buy credits in one-time packs, or choose a custom amount, and spend them when you run actions or place orders. There is no recurring billing, and credits never expire once they're on your account.

Because nothing renews, there is no plan to downgrade and no date you need to cancel by. Leaving the site costs nothing, and credits you have already bought stay on the account until you come back and use them.

2. Accepted cards

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Card details are handled by our secure payment partner and are never stored on our servers.

That means we cannot see or retrieve your full card number, and no one at GANK can charge your card outside a purchase you start yourself. If your card is replaced or expires, nothing breaks — there is no stored card to update, because every purchase is entered fresh.

3. Prices

All prices are in EUR and are the same on the pricing page, your dashboard and at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank or card issuer converts the amount at their own rate and may add a conversion fee. That fee is set by them, not by us, and does not appear on our side of the transaction. Any invoice you need for your legal and accounting records is available on request from support@gank.studio.

4. When credits are added

Credits are added to your balance as soon as your payment is confirmed. You can see every purchase and deduction in your credit ledger.

Each ledger entry records what happened, how many credits moved, and the balance immediately afterwards — so if a charge ever looks wrong, it can be traced back to the exact action that caused it rather than argued about in the abstract.

5. How an action spends your credits

Running an action does not debit you up front. The cost is reserved while the work runs, then settled when it succeeds — so the credits are visibly held, not silently taken.

Your available balance is what you hold minus anything currently reserved. That is why a second expensive action can be refused while the first is still running, even though the balance on screen looks large enough: the credits are spoken for until the running action finishes.

6. Failed actions

If an action fails, the credits reserved for it are released back to your balance — you are not charged for failed generations.

This is automatic and does not need a support request. It also cannot double-charge you: a reservation settles once or releases once, never both, so a retry after a failure starts from your full balance.

7. Boost, coaching and skin orders

Orders fulfilled by our service partners are paid for in credits, and the full cost is debited when you place the order rather than reserved. If we cancel an order before it is delivered, those credits go back to your credit balance — not to your card.

See our Refund Policy for how that differs from refunding an unused credit purchase, which does go back to the original card.

8. Questions

For any payment question, email support@gank.studio. Include your account email and, if it is about a specific charge, the entry from your credit ledger — it is the fastest way for us to find it.
